What will happen when my child moves on to primary school?
School

When your child is coming up to school-age, the pre-school staff will talk with you about what provision is available.

At this time, you may like to visit some schools and talk to them about your child's special educational needs. (Click here to see the Finding Out About School booklet)

Before your child starts his or her new school, contact between the pre-school and the school will be helpful in planning the support for your child. With your consent, all records held by the pre-school can be passed on to the school.
