The SENCO should:

|
|
|
Take the
lead in further assessment of your child's particular area of need. |
|
|
With your agreement, plan future
support for your child called Early Years Action or Early
Years Action Plus. |
|
|
Ensure that
accurate records are kept of his/her progress. |
|
|
Ensure they
talk to you and other professionals involved with your child. |
|
|
Advise and
support others working in the early years setting about your child's needs. |
