Parent Partnership are looking to employ a Parent Partnership Advisor
The parent partnership advisor will give accurate and impartial information and advice to parents and carers over the telephone, on matters relating to their children’s education, ensuring that they have access to direct support through the Parent Partnership team as appropriate. They will also manage the database, providing statistical information as required and carry out a range of customer satisfaction surveys in order to ensure the quality of the service.
£16,536 - £18,430 per annum
