Parents' contribution to statutory assessment

It is very important that the LA has full information about your child's special educational needs. If you are being supported by an Independent Parental Supporter, he or she should be able to help you with this.
Here is a guide to the sort of information you might want to include:
What do you remember about the early years that might help?
Were you happy about progress at the time?

When did you first feel things were not right?
What happened?
What advice or help did you receive?
What has happened since then?
