Our booklet "What if we cannot Agree" explains what you can do if you have a disagreement with either your child's school or the Local Authority. You may wish to use a mediation service (also known as disagreement resolution).

If you would like to request Mediation /Dispute resolution please call or email Norfolk Parent Partnership and request to be put in touch with an independent mediator. The service is free of charge for parents/carers and schools. Taking part in mediation does not affect your right to appeal to SEN tribunal.
